And who doesn’t feel that from time to time?
The FBI has one.
So does your local police department.
Now Interpol has six FIFA executives on theirs.
It might be the worst kept dirty little secret of wholesaling.
Yes, you’re supposed to do 4 to 6 appointments a day, 4 or 5 days a week.
But not all of those appointments are with your very best prospects or clients, as filling up the calendar every single week with those folks is flat out hard to do.
The more you make the more disconnected you feel.
The cocktail party conversation at the neighbor’s house turns to money and you fall silent.
Truth be told, sometimes you are embarrassed by your earnings.
For most wholesalers we speak to, business today ranges from pretty darn good to “I never imagined making this much money” great.
And therein lies the problem.
For it’s during these fat and happy times that we fail to see the risks to our business.
