We have been speaking to our Wholesaler Masterminds® coaching clients about a few worth implementing, especially when they are feeling like they are overwhelmed.
And who doesn’t feel that from time to time?
Sometimes wholesalers are not quite as good on the stage as they think they are.
And some, when they are being truthful with themselves, admit that they need improvement.
In fact, all speakers, need to continually work on both their content and their delivery.
Is bringing the heart into the conversation too soft a concept for the hard nosed financial services community?
Is the heart more than a pump to deliver blood to the rest of the body?
It was about 15 years ago.
While still at my former employer, I was starting to mentally explore the possibility of becoming a corporate expatriate.
And as quick as I allowed myself to venture into those thoughts, the Gremlins began to attack.
The reality is I was both fortunate and lucky.
Fortunate because out of the 5 internal wholesalers I had in my career, 3 of them were heaven sent.
Lucky because it doesn’t happen frequently enough that both internal and external click on all cylinders.
