His answer was not pretty.

Is bringing the heart into the conversation too soft a concept for the hard nosed financial services community?

Is the heart more than a pump to deliver blood to the rest of the body?

Are you gunning for a promotion?

Perhaps you are an internal who desperately wants to get to the outside.

Maybe you’re an external who wants to get into management.

How about a divisional that has their sights set on senior management.
