Not that it was ever easy.
But getting though the noise today is harder than ever.
Here’s what you need to do:
1. Lead with Empathy
2. Give whatever you have that doesn’t revolve around product FIRST (client facing ideas, guidance, insights)
3. Pivot to product/economy/markets if, and only if, you hear receptivity.
And, most critical of all: LISTEN!
