Clients often lament their lack of work life balance.

And as an industry this is a malady that effects many/most.

Recently a client and I spoke about his ability to inject ‘fun’ back into his wholesaling equation after nearly a 10 year absence.

He rediscovered the joy in the job.

Make no mistake, the work that we do is work.

But if it’s work masquerading as drudgery you need take action.

Action that allows you to add enjoyment back to the equation.

Slugging out a career simply to be at the mercy of the big paycheck is never going to prove to be worth the pain.
