You’ve heard him before.

He’s in your divisional and national sales meetings.

Though she only makes her true opinions clear after the fact.

In the late night chatter at the bar.

Or via the circuit of calls/texts that are placed to spark the flame.

He is satisfied with almost nothing and dissatisfied with a list too long to count.

Her incendiary words have a smoldering effect on the morale of a sales team.

They are The Divisional Arsonists.

They thrive on using you as kindling for the flame.

For the sake of your sanity and your career, my advice is to stay away – lest you get burned.
