We work in a sometimes heartless business.

Viciously competitive.

Bottom line focused.

We are trained to know our products and, if trained right, to be great students of the business.

But what about the heart?

In conversations with our coaching clients the topic of the heart is a recurring theme.

One wholesaler with +25 years of experience, who we know has enough life experience to understand the difference between the advisors head and the advisors heart, admitted that they had let the consideration of the heart evade them.

This wholesaler was so busy (and admittedly very good) at all the minutia of the product and the markets that he had let the advisors heart go unacknowledged.
