It might be the worst kept dirty little secret of wholesaling.
Yes, you’re supposed to do 4 to 6 appointments a day, 4 or 5 days a week.
But not all of those appointments are with your very best prospects or clients, as filling up the calendar every single week with those folks is flat out hard to do.
For most wholesalers we speak to, business today ranges from pretty darn good to “I never imagined making this much money” great.
And therein lies the problem.
For it’s during these fat and happy times that we fail to see the risks to our business.
On two recent coaching calls I asked clients if they were listeners of the Wholesaler Masterminds® Podcast.
One responded that they were unaware we had a show.
One replied that they were not exactly sure how to access ours, or any, podcast.
That was an eye opener for us!
