We’re cynical about email.

Like you, we get a ton of it (and send our own each week) and most do nothing to grab our attention.

Which is why a recent email we received is worthy of comment.

Sent to me by a former coaching client, Toney, the message endeavors to make advisors aware of a lesser known financial planning device – reverse mortgage planning and integrating housing wealth with the retirement plan.

Hi Rob-

Making some progress on educating on reverse mortgage planning and integrating housing wealth with the retirement plan.

Value add wholesalers could be talking about how to secure portfolio drain with a product they do not sell and can bring a true value added idea to the conversation. Always be a student of the game right?
