Wholesaler in Texas rockets from doing $3.7 million a month to doing $18 million per month – in only 10 months’ time.

Wholesaler in the Northeast, with multiple products in their bag, achieves their VA goal in only two months – after being behind goal for the first six months of the year.

Wholesaler in California takes a start up region from $2 million per month to $10 million per month in under 6 months.

And they did it without the hot rider or the fifth Morningstar.

In fact, the firms they represent have simply good products – not market leading products.

So what is the common thread in these success stories?

What did each wholesaler have that allowed them to succeed?

Focus – It’s easy to get distracted in our business – or in life, period.

Sometimes you need to step back, reassess, and get clarity of focus on your practice.

The tricky part is that you can self-assess all you want, but sometimes we simply need a dispassionate 3rd party to achieve the focus we desire.

Direction – Even with that focus dialed in, deciding where to start, what path to follow, and how to determine the need to course correct from time to time just isn’t a simple effort.

It often requires a co-pilot to help set the course and keep an eye on the controls.

Faith – Each of these wholesalers arrived at the decision to engage a coach for different reasons, yet they all shared a common belief.

They believed that there might be a different way or a better way to get to their stated goals, and they had the faith to do the heavy lifting required.

Because they knew it just might pay off.

Commitment – And speaking of heavy lifting, these super successful folks stay engaged in the process, versus those that let their intentions waiver.

They recognize that while it might at times be uncomfortable to try new approaches, it’s only through their commitment that they can properly gauge the change they bring about in their business.

They were committed to making their coaching investment pay dividends – large, dividends.

We truly are fortunate to work with some amazingly successful wholesalers.
