Last Monday, the heater in the spa went on the blink.
Seems that the flame on the gas fed unit is not firing.
So, I call the pool guy that services it and he gladly informs me that he has a ‘heater guy’ that he’ll get on the case “right away”.
Since that was 4 days ago I called him last Thursday afternoon at 4:58 PM:
Me: “Did you get a hold of the heater guy and when is he coming to fix it?”
Pool guy: “My day was slammed and I completely forgot to call him… (brief pause)….and it’s 5:00.
Nobody works past 5, so I’ll call him in the morning.”
Really?
