ALLOCATIONS/INVENTORY
In some instances, the wines we offer are a one-time allocation because they were offered to us as one-time allocations from the winery.
As a result, quantities can be limited and in that case we will specify what is available and therefore, orders will be filled as they are received.
PROVENANCE
K. LAZ WINE COLLECTION works directly with wineries and does not acquire any wines through the grey market to ensure that the wines were stored in cellar temperature and go directly from theirs to ours.
ORDERING
Placing an order is as easy as hitting REPLY to the forthcoming offer email with:
1. The name of the wine(s) you wish to order
2. The quantity that you are interested in
3. Your best contact phone number
A member of the K. LAZ WINE COLLECTION will personally reach out to complete your order.
SHIPPING
We can ship to all states through our third-party shipper via FedEx on your behalf with the exception of Utah and Massachusetts.
You have the option to have your wine shipped Ground, 2-Day or Overnight. If you’d prefer to pick-up your wine or have it delivered to 55 Degrees, please specify as those are also options.
Insurance is available for your shipment through FedEx. Please inquire for pricing as it varies by shipment. In general, insurance costs 1.5% of the total value of your wine.
Since someone over the age of 21 will need to sign for the wine (delivery drivers will not leave wine at your front door without a signature), we recommend having your wine order delivered to a business address.
SHIPPING IN THE SUMMER MONTHS
In the summer months, we offer cold pack shipping so your wine stays cool upon delivery. We also offer you the option to hold your wine in our temperature-controlled warehouse in Napa until the weather cools down in fall.
